Why I was demoted: I was on the group. I saw ValueAdded was VP. I joined before him. So on the group comments I posted: "I don't get how Value Added is a president already, I was here around 6 weeks before him." So then I go to bed after I post it. I wake up next morning get online. See im demoted. I start Crying real tears and go to school. When I get home I have a message from Value saying: "I don't get how Value Added is a president already, I was here around 6 weeks before him." EXPLAIN! So I reply to him saying "Im am asking how you got promoted so fast. That's all. May I please get my rank back. Im not going to quit lcp cause of a demotion. I love this place too much." Then never got a reply sence. Basically I got demoted for a group comment. Stupid Right?

I was in the group far before you, in fact I remember when you joined. Even if you were in the group first, it's effort that counts. I don't care if you've been the same rank for a month, you clearly aren't doing something very well if you are.
Guilt tripping never works on me. I demoted you for a reason, you could cry me a river for all I care. Yes, I don't want you to be upset, but it's not going to get you your rank back. Also, I was given reliable information that you, well, I would quote it here but it's rather profane, so 'trash-talked' me at the cafe. I also saw a few posts deleted about how I demoted you unfairly.

I deleted the post because it was a bad post like most all the posts I made. I know the board member said I trash-talked. I did not. I seriously don't get how I get demoted for asking how you got so higher. Even if I was President and you were MD and you said that I wouldn't even worry. All I said at the café is the same comment I used. Nothing bad abut you. This still isn't a good reason. I bet you've been demoted before. I bet you didn't like it at all. Well neither do I.
