IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ
To whom this may concern,
As President of Little Caesars Pizza, I have been compelled to write this letter to express my disgust at a few's lack of intellect and basic judgement. I am also writing this to give a clear guide on what I expect you to do to improve on this.
To begin, I am appalled that still people believe that a Chef gets promoted to Enforcer Trainee. I shall show you the rank layout below:
Scooper Trainee > Scooper > Supervising Team
Chef Trainee > Chef > Supervising Team
Enforcer Trainee > Enforcer > Supervising Team
If you can chose Enforcer trainee as an option, why should people have to work up from chef or scooper just to achieve the same rank as people who got it from customer. It seems unfair, doesn't it? It is. I don't care who told you that's how it works, I'm telling you otherwise. Anyone found doing this will risk being demoted to Assistant Director, or whatever the current highest rank without group admin is at the time of reading this.
My other real hate in this group is the self-righteous lack of judgement that many who work here have. If someone comes up to you and asks 'Why was I demoted?' or words to the effect of, you don't simply rank them back. You look in the audit log, no matter how far back you have to go, and find out who demoted them. Then, before thinking about promoting them back, you send them a message asking them why said person was demoted. Then, you wait for them to respond. If their reason is invalid, by all means promote said person back, but otherwise, there's a reason for it. I have had to demote one person over 5 times due to people not asking me why I demoted them in the first place, which can get rather annoying.
I'd hate to keep you any longer, so I'll just remind you that if you disregard this, there will be quite severe punishments.
Yours Faithfully,
